Furudo Erika looks like this:

[Let's say they find a private classroom, how hard can it be?]

Well, Kaiba-shacho, your familiarity with the machinations of Akechi Goro is not unappreciated.

I'd be very interested in hearing what else you know, if you'd deign to share it.
very_good_end: (Checkmate of the Golden Witch)
...Futayo-san.

Come here.
very_good_end: (The Mystery of the Blue Train)
[At Kaiba's invitation, Erika would follow him to an abandoned classroom where there was no one else around and they had some degree of privacy.]

Who would think Kaiba-shacho would have come looking for me? I wonder what this is about.

[she smiles]

Please, do not do me in with suspense, Kaiba-shacho. What would you have of me, Great Detective, Furudo Erika?

[Eventually Erika would separate the salt from the sesame seeds and go on to meet with Futayo in her room.]

So... we have plans tonight.

[She took a close look at her, to make sure she wasn't inebriated.]
very_good_end: (如何でしょうか、皆様方?)
[If he'd come along, Erika would invite Akira to a private talk.]

Ah, Kurusu-san. Sorry to hear about those injuries you've taken. You seem to have had quite a rough night. Of course, for a man like yourself, they can leave you down, but not out, as they say...

[She'll hold open the door for him until he wheels himself inside the spare closet on the ground floor... since he wasn't getting upstairs to the dorm in his state.]
very_good_end: (Deja Vu 2: Lost in las Vegas)
[With the key Futayo fished out of the belly of that fish, they proceeded down to explore the locked door... which lead to the wine cellar. Predictably or not, the key worked and the door creaked open.]

Futayo-san, no drinking anything while we're here, all right? We're looking for clues, not looking to get smashed.

[Though the fact they were the first people to discover it had to be worth something.]

First things first. Check for anything out of the ordinary... a bottle that looks out of place, for example. It might be stupid, but they might have used the old 'move a bottle in the wine cellar and it opens a hidden door' trick.

Oh, don't actually touch anything, yet. But if you see a bottle that looks like its been moved or has fingerprints, tell me and I'll dust for them.

[She walks around, examining the bottles too, and the pool table.]
very_good_end: (如何でしょうか、皆様方?)
[she'll close the door behind them.]

Saihara-san.

Thank you for joining me here today. I would like to share the results of my investigation, still underway.

Will you hear me out?
very_good_end: (Default)
Futayo-san.

[If she followed, Erika would take Futayo back to her room.]

We must talk.
very_good_end: (Default)
So, you came. I still wonder what you're hoping to accomplish.

It makes one such as I very suspicious, Kurusu-san.
very_good_end: (Default)
[Erika will quietly pull Ichigo aside to her room, if he'll come with her.]

Kurosaki-san.

I would like to speak with you.
very_good_end: (I think she means...)
[They were free to use their duct tape, finally. Or rather, Erika was free to use the duct tape while Futayo stood watch.]

We're going to be here a while. Stand around and try to look imposing, all right?

[It was a complicated process. Every bit of duct-tape had to be serrated and signed just right, after all.]
very_good_end: (The Labours of Hercules)
[After being shoved back in her room she turned right around, indignant.]

You've got to be kidding me! I didn't break any rule! I am not 'exploring the school,' I'm 'confirming alibis' you rabid little freaks!

[POUND POUND POUND on the door.]

Give me back my duct tape!!

[She pounded on the door to her room a little more, before realizing it was hopeless...]

Hm.

[Her attention fell to her nightstand, which she discovered hid a hole to the next room behind it.]

Hey... who's there?

[Maybe she could confirm one alibi with this. It would be easier than putting her ear to the wall and listening to them breathe.]
very_good_end: (Default)
[assuming he'd come with her, Erika would take Arataka back to her dressing room]

Arataka-san... thank you for meeting me again like this.
very_good_end: (Default)
[assuming he'd come with her, Erika would take Dazai back to her dressing room and shut the door.]

Dazai-san.

Thank you for agreeing to meeting me like this.

I have a rather big favor I'd like to ask of you.
very_good_end: (如何でしょうか、皆様方?)
[And, supposing she didn't balk and change her mind, Erika would take Fiona back to her dressing room.]

Really, Miss Fiona. The 'maybe you're not such a great detective as you think you are' comment is one I've heard many times over the past few days. All from those who were intimidated by my intelligence. I'd hate to have to sort you into the same category as those simpletons.

First things first. Thank you for agreeing to this interview.

Would you tell me how you voted these past few rounds?
very_good_end: (如何でしょうか、皆様方?)
[assuming she'd come with her, Erika would invite Kay back to her dressing room.]

Kay Faraday, thank you for sparing me a moment.

Do you know why I've called you here?
very_good_end: (如何でしょうか、皆様方?)
[assuming he'd meet with her, Erika would invite Detective Fulbright back to her dressing room.]

Ah. Detective Bobby Fulbright. Thank you for agreeing to meet with me. It is a pleasure, I assure you.

The reason I bring you here is I want to clear up a number of issues that have come up in the course of my investigation. Will you listen to what I have to say?
very_good_end: (There. You've escaped from a closed room)
[and, Erika would come back to her dressing room where Simon was waiting, with Dlanor A. Knox with her.]

[She'd quietly shut the door behind them once inside.]

Miss Dlanor... it's time you meet Prosecutor Simon Blackquill.

I've been using him to fulfill Knox's Ninth. He's been a very effective 'Watson'.

Go ahead. Introduce yourselves.
very_good_end: (Deja Vu)
[assuming he'd actually come with her, Erika would invite Arataka back to her dressing room.]

Arataka-san, thank you for doing me the pleasure of indulging me with your company.

Do you know why I invited you here? ...Please, let me hear your best guess.
